Food Plan

Breakfast:

Scrambled/Poached Eggs with Beans
OR
Bowl of porridge with berries (any) or nuts with sweetener no sugar
(NO Bread) with Green Tea

Snack Before Lunch:
Banana or raisins or nuts (cashew,almonds,pecan)

Lunch:

Chicken/Tuna/Salmon Salad (Plain) with any leaves, peppers, tomatoes, scallions etc. No Dressing at all,
or
Veg Soup

Green Tea

Dinner:

Chicken or Steak or Fish all oven baked or steamed small portions with plenty of vegetables NO potatoes
Green Tea

Notes:

Drink atleast 1.5-2 litres of water daily, no more than 3 pieces of fruit a day apples oranges grapes bananas melon or a bowl of mixed fruit.

Exercise at least 5 days of the week for mins 30 mins – 45 mins walking cycling or running.
NO MINERALS OF ANY SORT (DIET OR NOT) OR CHOCLATE, CAKES, SNACKS, CRISPS ETC
